中國取消從美進口豬肉？商務(wù)部：政府并無限制或管理措施 屬企業(yè)自主市場行為
商務(wù)部23日召開例行新聞發(fā)布會，新聞發(fā)言人高峰對外發(fā)布近期商務(wù)領(lǐng)域重點工作情況，并現(xiàn)場回答媒體提問。
有記者問，上周美國農(nóng)業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)顯示中國取消了從美國進口的豬肉，中國是否會繼續(xù)取消或購買美國的豬肉?如果不從美國買會從哪買?
高峰指出，中國對于豬肉的進口，除了需要符合有關(guān)檢驗檢疫的要求以外，沒有任何的限制或管理措施，企業(yè)可以根據(jù)市場的供需、價格、質(zhì)量等情況，自主經(jīng)營，自由貿(mào)易。根據(jù)中國海關(guān)的統(tǒng)計，中國豬肉進口主要來自德國、西班牙、美國、加拿大、丹麥、巴西、荷蘭、法國等15個國家。
高峰介紹，自2018年下半年以來，受到國內(nèi)生豬存欄和豬肉產(chǎn)量下降的影響，中國的肉類進口呈現(xiàn)了增長的態(tài)勢，2019年1季度豬、牛、雞、羊肉等肉類進口總量是111.2萬噸，同比增長了11.6%。預計后期我國肉類進口將進一步增加。
高峰稱，美國是中國豬肉進口的主要來源地之一。是否購買美國豬肉，是企業(yè)自主的市場行為。
據(jù)中方了解，受到近期經(jīng)貿(mào)摩擦升級的影響，國內(nèi)企業(yè)對美國市場的預期不穩(wěn)，必然干擾正常的經(jīng)營活動。

In the first quarter of 2019, China's meat imports of pigs, cows, chickens and mutton totaled 1.112 million tons, up 11.6 percent year-on-year.
